I sporadically had hives come up on my arms then belly and legs last night. Took some benadryl which didn't help and tried to go to sleep. Woke up four hours later with extreme itching on palms of hands and soles of feet.. took more benadryl also not helpful. It's the weekend and my ob doesn't open till Monday. Should I be concerned enough to go to the emergency room?
