Pregnant, is there anyway to stoping my boyfriend from being deported.
My boyfriend had court yesterday. After court he went down stair and the immigration got him. He hasn't signed a paper for deportation or seen the judge yet. Is there anyway for him to not get deported since I'm expecting. He wants to try and get a case so he won't have to leave me here. I was born in the United States. Is there anything I can do so he won't get deported?

No, you being pregnant will not make any difference in the e deporting.

If he does any criminal acts, ( or has a criminal record) he is much more likely to be deported.

You can always move to the country he is from and work on getting him back.

It won't help now with the deportation, but you should get married so the baby is officially his without having to wait until it's born to prove paternity with a DNA test.

If felony charge leads to deportation, there is nothing you can do. Getting married now is not a good idea as it takes very long time and the chance to get him back is slim.
