Hi Doc,

I am 17 weeks 2 days today and I was informed that I have placental lake which is 1/3 the size of the placenta. I feel the size is very big to imagine. Will it affect my baby in anyway? There are information about placental lakes but the pure size of mine concerns me. What can I do about this? Is this size common?
