Mother committed a 243.5 and found guilty 4 years ago. She set me up and provoque an argument, in which she got injured, neighbors call the cops and I got arrested. Now I'm the one being charged. Family law restraining order that I got against her still valid, does it help me to fight the DA? Only arraigment has taken place. I pleaded not guilty. Please advice.
