Feel dizzy, headaches, feel like vomiting after drinking green tea. Any reasons?
I started drinking gree tea, because I know its healthy (that is what everyone say). I never made abuse of it, my maximum dose was 3 cups/day. I really like it and drink it with no sugar only some lemon and vanilla, or mixed with other teas. After a time, something like 3months, I started feeling dizzy, and always fet like vomitting, and also had head aches, not too severe ones. Knowing that mom felt the same after drinking this tea, I stopped it for a while, and got better, no dizziness or headaches. To be sure that its because of the tea and nothing else, I started drinking it again. The same symptoms happened again. Can anyone know why do I feel like this? Not too long ago I had made medical tests in order to see if my body lacks anything. The results were negative(I have everything I should in my body, no lack of vitamins or calcium or other this kind).

What brand of green tea? Have you tried a different brand with similar problems?

Fares, Belin. Fares is known as the best company who produce teas, in my country(Romani). I tried others also, each time I drink green tea, lately, I fell like that.

You may have an allergy to a substance in green tea. Only medical tests might determine why.
