Signing away parental rights to people in a different state
I would like to know what's invlolved in signing over your legal guardianship for your child to a family in a different state, so they may live & go to school there. Any help?

Well first you don't sign away your parental rights. Only a court can terminate parental rights.

What you can do is grant temporary guardianship to the child to the other persons. This is failry simple and you should be able to find the forms online.
