Hi I have toshiba a100 and it came with vista
I wanted to install win xp to difrent partition but the vista didn't work:mad: :mad: .
I formated booth partitions and I have another partiton with vista and all the apps that PC came with but it sims to be hidden

How can I boot from this partition? I

This hidden partition is for recovery purposes. It can be use to restore your laptop to factory condition.

There is a couple of ways. One is with a recovery CD if provided by Toshiba. The other way is by pressing some function key (i.e. F11, F12) immediately after powering on, to access the recovery options.
