What wrong is you should be calling an abulance with those symptoms.

Nobody can diagnose you over the internet. You need to see a doctor to determine is its serious or not..

I am 16

It could be a pinched nerve in your neck, heart problem, stroke, MS, polio, reaction from a drug, or who knows what. Make a list of symptoms, what you were doing before it occurred and at the time, if it has happened more than once, changes in your life or diet, then see a doctor.
