After being arrested for DWI over a month ago and ready to make 1st court appearance this Friday, I was told to go sign reset papers before Friday to reset. Seems Tx DPS hasn't sent any paperwork to the DA's office. THis seems strange to me. Is this a common occurrence?

Government, asking for new court dates, yep very common, That may not be the truth as to why, but it works for a reason to ask for.
