I have pressure on my stomach and in my urine there seems to be some blood and some dull pain in my lower back

See a doctor to check for a kidney/bladder infection.

But there is no pain when I go to bathroom

I've had them before.. always pain in my lower back and pressure in the abdomen. We can't diagnose here, but I believe you should see a doctor.
