Generator with no power to outlets
I have a Rigid 8000w that we have used almost daily for a project. But now none of the outlets have power coming out. It has a total of 4 - 120v AC GFCI 20 Amp receptacles and 1 - 120/240volt AC 30 amp receptacle.

None have power, but the gen runs fine I checked the breakers and none are tripped

So I think it's the capacitor, does this seem correct?

    Hi,
Doubtful that it is a capacitor. Often there is a "hidden" solid state breaker. Provide tha model number and I will attempt to get the breakdown.
    Peace,
    Clarke

    Hi,
Here is the parts breakdown from one place:
    http://www.mastertoolrepair.com/imag...8000_parts.pdf
Additionally Ridgid has a good site with a Forum and Support choice on the menu. There are tutorials (I did not look at them) in the Support section.
8000 Watt Generator - RIDGID Professional Tools
    Another source for parts is:
Ridgid RD8000 Parts List and Diagram : eReplacementParts.com
You say the you tried the circuit breakers; did you also try resetting the GFCI buttons on the receptacles?
    Peace,
    Clarke

    Hi,
Did you check to see if there is power leaving the generator itself?
    Peace,
    Clarke
