Hello. Today we had our local utilities company here to fix a problem we knew nothing about. Would have know nothing unless I didn't come home for lunch and see them working on the outside valve. I ask what was wrong he said 'it's broken and I'm fixing it'
I come home from work and the hot and cold water are sputtering, then the cold finally works okay, just barely dripping and the hot water is not working at all, through the whole house. I called them and they told me it's not there problem, they only provide water to the house and won't be able to help me with my issue.
There was no problems before they were here today. Now no hot water at all, and barely any cold. He blamed my hot water tank. I have no idea how to check this. Any help would be great! Thanks!
