Hi I have a question. I was 4 days late for my period but today I started to bleed and cramp a little bit but lately I have been tired more than usual. I wanted to know if I could be pregnant.

Then you know you could be... so you wait a few more weeks and take a test to find out. You need to wait 4 weeks after implantation to get an accurae test. (meaning you can get false negatives that long.)
