My son still breastfeeds during.the day and at night his two front teeth are almost gone now the other teeth are getting rotten what do I do. Please help

The teeth that are rotting are his first teeth; permanent teeth will come down, but you must get him to a dentist to deal with the rotten teeth effecting his oral health. After that, I would suggest not breastfeeding him any longer, if you feel ccomfortable with that.

Does he go to bed with a bottle of juice at night? If so, this is not a good idea as the sugar in the juice will rot teeth and compromise his gums as well.

Do you brush his teeth, how are the cleaned ? Also the question about juice?

What other foods does he eat?

It is imperative that you get him to a pediatrics dentist as soon as possible. Rotting baby teeth can harm the adult teeth behind them.
