Well about some days ago I found a red bump in my lower penis trunk, it looks like when a ant bites you, those kind of bumps, but this one is kind of hard and soft, and sometimes it itches a lot. It doesn't have any white point or anything. I shave my pubic area weekly including some hairs I get around the trunk. And sometimes masturbate. Idk maybe its because of the friction it creates or a fungus or a infection. Help I'm pretty worried :(

I play soccer every day and run, sometimes I don't wash the shorts I use for a week. Maybe it can be that I don't know the sweat.
