I haven't had a regular Period in two months just a little spotting here and there but all the pregnancy tests I have taken come back negative what does this mean are the pregnancy test giving false results or what I really need help?!

Basically you're asking us if you're pregnant. We can't diagnose pregnancy online. It's really not possible. The only ways to diagnose pregnancy is with urine, blood, or an ultrasound (in later pregnancy).

At this point it would be a good idea to get a blood test done.
