I've been trying to conceive for about 5 month's, in Oct. my period lasted about two days, then in Nov I was spotting 2 weeks before my period was due, it wasn't much blood and lasted about 4 days on and off

Now my period is 4 days late... Could. I be pregnant?
I haven't taken a HPT yet, I'm afraid it would be negative and I don't want to be disapointed... Any thoughts?!

Yes, you could be pregnant. Are you? We can't tell you. You'll have to take a pregnancy test to find out, but I wouldn't take one yet. Four days late isn't even considered late when it comes to a sign of pregnancy. Wait a week and then test if you don't get your period. Make sure to use first morning urine. If the test is negative then wait another week or two and test again if you still don't get your period. If that test is negative then wait until your next period is due, and if you miss it test again or go for a blood test.
