My car wouldn't turn over so we could get home, we bought a brand new battery thinking maybe that is the issue. Come to find out, the battery was fine, the car still wouldn't start aside from when it sat for a few hours and turned on for at the most 3 minutes when it turned off right when we were going to pull out of the drive way. Now it won't make any noise, and no lights. What is wrong with my car? I am still learning about cars, and have no idea what is wrong with it. Anything helps, please and thank you.

Time to have it towed to a mechanic. There is a lot of things it might be.. most need tools and experience you aren't likely to have.
