I am having irregular menstruations and I am not able to take in(become pregnant).I have done series of tests like SFA & MCS test,Anovulatory cycles test.These are the tests & the results:
1.Hormone Assay test:
Progestrone(Luteal phase) :nmol/L 8.0
Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH): iu/L 5.3
Luteinising Hormone(LH): iu/L 18.4
Prolactin : nmol/L 453
Thyroxine(T4) nmol/L 195
Thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH): miu/L 0.95
Comments : Polycystic ovary syndrome.Anovular cycle
2.X-Ray: HSG
Findings: The opacified uterine cavity is normal in position,shape and size with smooth outline.
Both tubes are demonstrated with free spill.
The cervix is within normal limit.
CONCLUSION: PATENT TUBES
3.SCAN: PELVIC
FINDINGS:
A normal sized(42mmx28mmx34)non-gravid RETRO-verted uterus is seen returning homogenous echo-pattern.
The endometrial plate is of normal thickness and echoes.
The ovaries and the adnexa are normal.The POD is free.
CONCLUSION: normal non-gravid uterus
I was advised to see a gynaecologist

I really don't see a question. You gave us your medical findings and told us that it was advised that you see a gynecologist. So have you?
