The lock,clean,heatdry lights are all solid green not flashing. The machine will not respond or work. Is there a way to fix this?

I suspect that the float in the tub is stuck in the up position, or another safety is tripped. Push normal then heat-dry, normal, then heat-dry. This will reset the dishwasher, but if a safety is tripped you will have to find it and reset it. Check your filter, too. When it stops up, it trips a safety.
