Is there any way to make the missionary sex position safe during the last trimester of pregnancy?

Has your doctor put you on pelvic rest and advised you not to have sex during this trimester?

If not, sex is still healthy for your and your significant other.

No but I have read on multipel websitess and in many books that after the fourth month of pregnancy it's not safe to do the missionary position because you shouldn't lay on your back for long periods...

Place a pillow under your hips. Laying on your back can be problematic, but I'm fairly certain you won't be on your back long enough for a problem to arise.
