I'm 37, one child 17 yrs, recently heavy , large clots and pain during period
Had transvaginal US done which showed a tubular cystic collection , a probable adexnal complex hydrosalpinx 4.1x1.4 with internal low level echoes which was seen a year ago but now looks more serpentine non tender , small internal peripheral echoes without color flow consistent with chronic dilatation . MRI needed for further studies on the basis of endometriosis?
I've had previous lap with right sides hydrosalpinx and adhesions but no endometriosis seen. Worried about tubal malignancy. Thanks
