If I leave the state I'm in and move to California and I'm on probation how long would it take for them to catch up with me with a warrant?

They may NEVER catch you... Or, you could get caught right away. I don't know WHY you'd do that... Do you think probation is HARDER than time in the slam?? Do you think you WON'T get caught?? What's UP with you?

Let me see, they will find you, with a warrant you can't work ( background checks) you will not have a drivers license, can't renew. Can't get public housing.

So I guess you do day labor and/or live on the streets ?

They will catch you the first time they run you if they stop you for something else, or someone turns you in, and so on.

May be 6 months, may be 6 years.
But that way it is for sure prison
