    Renting house being foreclosed in Nevada
    Bank posted papers on door that the landlord has not made payments this last year I have been renting 16 months

    For now you just keep living there and paying your rent. Foreclosure is a long process and may never even happen. Do you have a written lease and for how long

    Right with respect to what? Your rights have not changed. The foreclosure process can be a long one and, if it goes to a foreclosure sale, you should have 90 days in which to vacate. If you have a lease that expires after that time, the new owner will need to honor that lease.
