Okay so like it looks like I cut my lower vagina but it wouldn't look like this. It's soooo sore, red, itchy, irritated, and just ugh! But it's so swollen and red and it's not a pimple. And it looks sort of infected. But I don't know! Help! It hurts but I don't want to touch it simply because it hurts! What the hell is it? :(

What do you mean it looks like a cut but it wouldn't look like that? What does it look like? A bump, a scratch, swollen labia? How long has it been like this?

If it's swollen, sore, red, and itchy, then it is very possibly infected. Sounds like it's time to see a doctor.

Where do you want to see the list of dozens of possible things, with that you provided no info as to what has happened if you know.

It could be a ingrown hair which can cause a boil and that's where

Yes, it could be any of the things you suggested, but there are many other possibilities. That's why the poster needs to see a doctor, because we can only guess.
