    How do you simplify exponents?
    My teacher says you add the eexponents, I'm not sure what to do help ?
    ex :
    simplify ;

    4^11 x 4^4 x 4^-6

    a) 4^-21

    b) 4^-9

    c) 4^9

    d) 4^38
