I'm very close to adopting a pup like this and welcome any info from someone with experience with this type of mix breed?

How old is this pup, and is he going to come from a shelter or a breeder or a backyard breeder?

I'm not sure exactly how old. There is a litter of 6 that are currently with a foster family. They were at a local Humane society.
