How can I get a replacement glass for celing fan E81964

Maybe try Hampton Bay customer service?
This site is not affiliated with Hampton Bay, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.

I sent a email yesterday to a Hampon Bay site but no response. My neighbor has the puck lights under her kitchen cabinets, with a touch switch, and they don't come on. Everything in the kitchen works with power and the other lights work but no lights under the counter. What should I check? How do I check the switch?

Replace the touch pad. They are available at HD and plug in. I have replaced these for customers.
