A diamond fell out of my four prong engagement ring. My fiancé is in deployed in s. Korea. That is where he bought the ring. Can I get it fixed here or do I have to send it to S. Korea.

A reputable jeweler can repair your ring. Did you have an insurance policy from the jeweler in South Korea?

Yes. But he is saying that he got the ring resized at a different jeweler and they are saying since they did not do the resizing it is not their fault. I would rather get it done here then have to ship it to him, get it fixed, and ship it back to me.

Is the diamond lost as in gone or did it just fall out? I'd pay to have it fixed locally since you will probably have to pay anyway.

Any shop can fix it, it sounds like you want them to pay for the loss, If you write them a check for the repair, any place can do it
