I have a 2 year old female Cocker/Springer Spaniel and every time we let her in the house she pees all over. It's instantaneous. She gets so excited she just pees. She pees as she walks, she pees as she runs, etc. Thank god we have hard wood floors. We have ruled out urinary tract infections, although she is susceptible to them (often when she is boarded she ends up with a UTI). Will she out grow this "free for all" peeing behavior or does she need training? Can you recommend something?

From what your saying she seems to be getting overly excited. The only real way to solve that one is through love and attention. If she is peeing when you let her in then try greeting her outside first. The dog needs to be confident that your not going anywhere. Talk in a calm voice and show her love. It will pass.
