I had techs renew condenser fan that had stopped. They left with papers. I find that there is a reverse flow of air from refrig to frezzer. I am bringing down refrig's frezzer temp after pluging off vent. Since I have not opened panels yet, how could the fan be turning wrong direction. Fan on backwards or wrong replacement.?

It would have to have the wrong airflow to blow backwards. You should be able to look at the fan to see if it is turning backwards.
