So as you know christmas is coming up and my group of friends and I always get each other presents. :) I know what I am getting everybody but one of my friends I am a little confused... I am getting her a skirt for when we dress up for basketball and I don't know where I could find a cheepish cute skirt that would be right for her. She is a girl that wears shorts and t-shirts to school everyday and she doesn't really care what people think of her... I just really want her to feels pretty and I just don't know where to start...
1) It preferably can't be a pensil skirt
2) Has to be under 20 dollars
3) online would be better
4) shorter than knee leangth
