I'm looking for an old movie. It's about an underground colony ( a bit like gnomes). A male from the colony comes to the surface to recharge a crystal. He comes up through a hole into a city in USA. Meets a human guy and they become friends. It's funny and a bit of a love story as the gnome is just a worker, not a crystal guard. He steals the crystal to impress a female gnome.
Can anyone help me with this movie. I would love to get the name so I can see if I can buy a copy.
