I have failed a alcohol bio marker test. I drank the day before and out of nowhere they checked me for alcohol and drugs and failed the alcohol for probation. Well I drank Wednesday and I report this coming Wednesday so more than likely I well get checked. I heard with this new biomarker test they can detect for up to 3 weeks and if its true how can I not fail the test. I only have 1 year left on probation and don't want to go to jail:-(

Seriously... if you've been ordered to not drink as a condition of probation, then the best answer is to not drink. One year left, you are worried and don't want to go to jail then the simple and correct answer is don't drink.

We cannot tell you how to cheat a test.
