This movie came out probably in the 90's but it could have been late 80's or early 2000. The only thing I can remember about it is there was a scene with a black woman who I believe was a queen of something. She was flattened and laying on a fouton but she had these bar things over her mouth and she couldn't speak. I think there were kids with wands who climbed in threw a window and rescued her towards the end of the movie. It may have been on disney.
