80 yr old male, bed ridden, stroke 2003, paralyzed left side, Alzheimer's , congestive heart failure, copd, G tube, urinal used for output , yesterday urine was deep brown, increased water today cloudy light yellow with white masses floating in it, should I go to ER?

I assume you mean should you take this 80 year old male. Was any of this covered under last doctors visits? Are there visiting nurses that come ?
