He is 16 and is charged with grand larcey 4th degree.now this is his frist offense.will he do time.also he lives in brooklyn

I seriously doubt if its his first offense he will probably get P.T.I or probation P.T.I is Pre Trial Intervention.. the only way I see him going to jail is if he turns down probation or P.T.I.
