I was spotting about two weeks ago then again last week now I'm having a ligh flow period I feel sick as if I was pregnant but no positive home test I have swelling and tenderness by my belly button my breast are tender and I feel a little dizzy and my mouth is watery and I have a weird taste in my mouth what could be the problem
