Can I cancel a non molestation order taken out on my ex hisband

If it is a permanent order then most likely not as courts are very reluctant to reverse what is in place only to do it again. Why do you want to cancel the order?

Such an order was issued by a court, you have to get a court to rescind the order. What grounds were there for initiating the order and for removing it?
