My ex and I had the talk about not having him on Facebook because I wanted to move on.. so we cut off all communication.. But like 2 days after the talk he followed me on instagram! Why? Does he still want me back?

The break up was not as bad as other break ups.. we've been together for 3 years but we had ups and downs.. It was a pretty intense relationship we were madly in love with each other..

It sounds like he's not ready to go no contact. This is common when you've been in a relationship for a long time. It's not easy to go from being with someone for 3 years, to not having them in your life at all. It has nothing to do with love, it's to do with familiarity, what you're used to.

If you can, block him from this instagram thing. Or deleted the account completely. He'll move on one he realizes that he has to.

No break up is easy, no matter how amicable it is.
