My cycle comes on the 7th every month. Except last month it came the 7th and 31st which it went from a 30 day cycle to a 24 day cycle. Should I expect another cycle in 24 or back to the usual 30

You can't expect anything. All women have fluctuations in their cycle, both in the short term and as you age.
