Need help finding a movie title.
I didn't see the beginning, nor the ending. All I remember was a boy, about 12yrs old, traveling state to state collecting all of the letters needed to win a lottery. The winning combination spelled, " AUTORAMA". This little kid gets beat up by bikers while hanging out in a bar, resulting in him wearing an eye patch. I believe towards the end of the movie, he makes it to the top floor of a skyscraper to claim his prize.
He was told to forget about is prize as nobody was suppose to win. The last scene that I saw was the boy being pushed through the window from atop the skyscraper.
I believe this was an independent film, perhaps a showtime, or HBO movie, or just an independent maker. I saw it on cable back in the late 80's maybe early 90's.
