Does the sound start as soon as the burners light or does it come on 30-60 seconds later ? Sounds like it could be a blower issue.

That sounds like the draft inducer motor. It's usually located towards the top of the furnace above the burner assembly. You'll see it where the hot exhaust vent pipe leaves the furnace. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do for this blower other then changing it. Some people try lubricating them but because of their high heat use the oil doesn't really help very long.

Wait... in your post you say "new blower." Was it changed recently. If it was it should have some kind of warranty.

Both are new blower and inducer sounds like its in the heat exchange maybe the coil for the condensation there is thin metal pieces that I can feel and kind of see when I take the blower off for exhaust if there is a warranty I did not check we are building contractor and to wait for someone to come out was not worth it had the blowers with in an hour an installed furnace was cleaned top to bottom and duct work less than six months ago The return blower motor was loud since 2002 I can bang on heat exchange sheet metal and hear the same sound as when its running with heat on looks like the thin metal is twisted at the end like its holding the condescending part of the furnace I think they are vibrating and making the noise any help would be good and thank you for your reply

The problem if I;m understanding you is a banging sound... possibly from the blower motor or the draft inducer motor. Those would have to be visibly inspected. Unless something was actually caught in the blower wheel I don't know what else could be the problem without actually being there.

Has nothing to do with blowers its inside the heat exchange I think it's the coil it's a 90plus has nothing to do with the blowers inducer or blower both are new and the noise is not from them
