    Can you move to North Carolina if on parole
    My Husband is on parole in the state of Georgia can he move to North Carolina and transfer his parole?

    Hello mrs,

    He needs permission to leave the state.. If he gets a job and a place to live in NC, he can apply to have it transferred.
