How can I evict my 19 year old daughter
The complex I live in here in Florida (Broward county), said I needed to list my daughter on my lease since she's over 18. She is not only lazy and disrespectfiul, she is also very arrogant insisting she is not leaving and doesn't have to because she's on the lease. I want her to leave my place immediately. What are my options.

It is possible that she would be regarded as a "tenant" (your month-to-month sub tenant at will). The landlord-tenant statute requires you to in that case to give her a 14-day written notice to quit and, if she fails to leave in that time, take her to court to evict her.

The fact that she is named as an occupant on the lease is of no consequence, unless she is a party to the lease with the obligation to make lease payments. I assume that is not the case.
