In some cases I've heard of woman getting their periods and still being preganant. Well my question is, if a young lady has been off her period for about 2 days and takes a preganancy test does her menstrual affect the results of the test?

No the test measures the amount of hcg in the urine, it has nothing to do with menstrual blood. The bleeding you refer to is called early prgnancy bleeding and is not menstrual bleeding.

No ifur pregnet it will show even if your bleeding it happens a lot your hormone levels of pregnency will show its got nothing 2do with your menstrual blood

If you are bleeding heavily and then get a positive pregnancy test you should not trust the results until you see your doctor. Although, some woman have spotting full blown periods are not normal. You could be miscarrying early. A doctor can confirm whether you are pregnant with a live embryo.
