Good day Doc. What's wrong with me? I still don't have my period. I have continuous spotting for almost a month and palpitation in my stomach, chest and neck. I took a pregnancy test last month in urine and blood test was negative. I have discomfort in abdomen, constipated and I notice to have a belly fat. I always feel so sick. I experienced back pain and lost of appetite. My pulse rate last octobect was 75 beats per minute and now its 85-90 beats per minute. Please help me.

Does not sound like pregnancy and anyone is a fool for trying to guess what is wrong without a complete exam.

If you went into the doctor for a blood test, why did you not get a complete exam
