Hey doctor... I am 19 years old female... I have a Large cystic sol in LT.adnexal region... I have had a surgery a year before for this same thing but now it has again developed... wat would you advice me to do? Do I need to go under a surgery every year considering the cyst formation that is taking place regularly... The ultrasound reports say the cyst is 157.90cc in voulume. And "Internal septae is seen"... your help would be of great... thank you...
