Cellulitis wick removed no more drainage but still significant swelling.

I had a cellulitis I&D with insertion of a wick. I removed the wick after 48 hours as instructed but there is still significant swelling with no drainage. What should I do? I have 3 days left on antibiotics. Do I need to have it rechecked?
