It could be a vast number of possible things ranging from organ distress, muscular problems, bone problems, or nerve problems. It could be that you're shoulder is out of joint and that is causing a cascading effect down to a lumbar vertebrae.

Trying to diagnose over the internet with vague symptoms is hard than a needle in a hay stack. The best option is to find a medical professional.

Pain in your abdomen, low on the right side is a classic sign of appendicitis. It can also be an ovarian cyst or something less serious like gas pain or indigestion. It should not be ignored because if it is appendicitis, it can become life threatening if you don't have the appendix removed. If you don't have insurance, go to the emergency room and they will help you access medicaid to pay for it. They can't turn you away.
